For those who prefer a one to one environment or who need more flexibility - times and days can vary depending on individual needs to keep training consistent. Children and babies are very welcome and I am more than happy to hold baby or play nanny so that you can complete the session.

Pregnancy and post partum is different for everyone. It’s important that I get to know you and your history before our session to ensure I am making informed decisions regarding your movement. These can be done in person or over the phone.

Hi! I’m Jenna

Hello!

I’m a mum of three — Penn (6), Willa (4) and Scout (2.5).

Over the past six years, rebuilding my post partum strength and stability has been my priority. Each postpartum journey has been different, and so has my return to training. What’s remained consistent is the value of a gradual, structured approach to building strength - because we have to be able to lift our children, the pram and the groceries (sometimes all at once!).

I’m a personal trainer with specialised training in pregnancy and postpartum, and co-owner of CrossFit St Kilda. While I now train CrossFit again, it wasn’t where I started after each baby. I followed a considered, progressive program. In the past I’ve done too much training or too little and have had to return to this methodology more than once.

I’ve worked with mums at all stages — from 7 weeks postpartum to 11 months and beyond — with all levels of experience in exercise before, during and after pregnancy.
