What to Expect:

A Warm Welcome
Quick chat with a coach about your background, goals, and any injuries or movement history.

Hands-On Coaching
Tour the space and learn CrossFit fundamentals with beginner-friendly, supportive coaching.

Two Fun Workouts
You’ll move through two short workouts, fully scaled to your level, no pressure to “keep up.”

Meet the Crew
Get a feel for the CFSTK community, our coaches, and the energy of the space.

This isn’t a test, it’s an invitation. We’re here to support, not impress.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable workout clothes

  • A water bottle

  • Shoes (flat soled if you have them, but not essential).

  • A readiness to move and maybe even sweat a little

  • No experience needed. Just show up as you are.
