Race 1:
250 Double Unders*
150 Air Squats
75/50 Burpees**

*Reduce reps to 150/3min for max reps/300 Single Skips (must be sets of 50 Unbroken. If you break you re-start that set)
**This is a M/F scale. (But scale reps if you need to)

Rest 10mins – then;

Race 2:
150 Air Squats
75/50 Burpee
250 Double Unders

Rest 10mins – then;

Race 3:
75/50 Burpee
250 Double Unders
150 Air Squats

Divisions:
RX – M/F; As prescribed/ No variations.
SC1 – Reduced reps on Double Unders
SC2 – Max reps/3mins
SC3 – Singles Skips
