Crossfit WOD: 1 hour | seven days per week (see timetable for session times)
Workout programs that use the principles of functional fitness that include the key elements of Crossfit: weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. Strength and conditioning to increase overall fitness as well as preparedness for the unknown and unknowable.
Weightlifting: 1 hour | Tuesday night & Saturday morning
One of the most technically difficult aspects of CrossFit which requires practice. This class is solely focused on developing the correct technique for a range of Olympic lifts.
Perfect for beginners through to advanced athletes, weightlifting sessions first emphasise movement efficiency and safety, and then focus on the skills and knowledge necessary to push weights higher and faster, in strength sessions and in WODs.
Mobility: 30 minutes | Mon – Thurs @ 6pm
An essential part of preparation for training, mobility uses lacrosse balls, foam rollers, bands and other equipment to help release tension in muscles and help to stay pain free in workouts, recover faster, decrease muscle soreness, and have a bit of fun. Flexability is a core component in hitting those movement standards and improving performance.
