WOD’s today at 6:30 & 7:30am ONLY.
A. CrossFit Linchpin Test 7
4 Rounds for time of:
4 Power Cleans 92.5/65kg
4 Front Squats
4 Shoulder to Overhead
Obviously this is a heavy workout. Just like our Snatch/Clean & Jerk workout, you need to find your heavy bar and not your fast bar.
Work from approx’ 95% of your weakest out of these three movements.
Today you are going to take your time, lift heavy, breath hard and grind it out.
