CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 29/10/19

It’s a week of Love stories at CFSTK..

Today,

A. When Grace met DT..
30 Rounds for time:
3 Deadlifts
2 Hang Power Cleans
1 Jerk

Adv – you should do this workout at your most recent DT weight OR add 5-10%.

B. Squat Clean
Work up to a heavy single.

PM’s;
A. Use DB’s and rest if needed evry 5-6rounds.
B. Back Squat 3,3,3,3,3 – Add load each set.
