A. Work up to a Max for:
2 Hang Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean

B. EMOM x 14
3 DeadLifts 70/50kg
2 Squat Cleans
1 Front Squat

If you cannot complete the set in 60sec, finish the set and rest to the next minute.
