B. 3. Back Squat
5 Reps @ 80%
2 Reps @ 85%
5 Reps @ 80%
2 Reps @ 90%
5 Reps @ 85%
2 Reps @ 90%

C. For time:
10 Bar Facing Burpees*
10 Front Squats 70/50kg
100m Run
10 Front Squats 70/50kg
10 Bar Facing Burpee*

*These burpees must be performed to the new 2018 Open Standard
