A. 5 Super Sets of:
30s Max Chair or Bench Dips
30s Max Push Ups
60s rest between rounds

A.1 5 Super Sets of:
30s Max Bottom 2 Bottom Air Squats
30s Squat Hold against Wall
60s rest between rounds.

B. 15min practicing:
Crow Pose or Side Stab
Kick up to Handstand Hold or Free Standing Hold
Rest as needed between movements.
