A. Gymnastics Testing – Push B
EMOM x 10 (Advanced) Kipping Hand Stand Push Up
Lvl 1 – 7-10
Lvl 2 – 4-6
Lvl 3 – 1-3

You can scale this to 2 x Ab Mats but please note that in your scaling..

EMOM x 10 (Int/Beg) Dumbell or Deficit Push Up
Lvl 1 – 6-8
Lvl 2 – 4-6
Lvl 3 – 2-4
