CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 25/10/18

A. EMOM x 9
Thruster x 3 – AHAP – from rack.

B. For time:
45-40-35-30-25
Wall Balls 9/7kg
5-10-15-20-25
Push Ups
After each set Run 100m.

This is a good test of upper body endurance.

Be smart and break the wall balls to save the shoulders for the Push Up. It’s much easier to pick where you will break rather than have to stop because you run out of juice.
Stick to strategy for the push ups and try not to deviate.
