Add load each set.

4 x 250m Ski Erg between sets.

B. ‘Felix The Cat’
6 Rounds for time of;
9 Burpees
9 Box Jumps 24/20”
9 Pull Ups
9 Thrusters 40/20kg
9 Toes to Bar

RX+ Add a weight vest

PM:
9 Ball Slams
9 Step Ups
9 Ring Rows
9 Thrusters from rack
9 Kettlebell Swings
Rest between rounds if required.
