CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 24/07/2017

Starting this week I will once again be posting ‘WOD’s from The Road’ as I travel up and down the So Cal coast visiting as many CrossFit gyms as I can.
The last time I did this was in 2015 so it will be interesting to see how programming and gyms are changing.

I will also be posting the Whiteboard pic from the gym so you can see how you compare to your fellow athletes in California.

11 Rounds for time of:
7 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups>>7 Pull Ups
9 Push Press 35/25kg
11 Wall Ball Shots 9/7kg
