12km Air Bike

Both machines can work at the same time.
*After each Ski complete 14 Walking Lunge steps
*After each Bike complete 10 Push Ups

PM’s
Replace burpee with DB PPress

StKilda Barbell

A. Clean & Jerk
5 x 2 (1+1, 1+1)
AHAP across all sets.

B. Front Squat
Work up to a heavy 3.
