EMOM x 10 (Advanced) Strict Hand Stand Push Up
Lvl 1 – 3-5
Lvl 2 – 2-3
Lvl 3 – 1-2
Max 2 x Ab Mats but please note that in your scaling.

EMOM x 10 (Int/Beg) Box Push Up
Lvl 1 – 5-7+
Lvl 2 – 3-5
Lvl 3 – 1-3

B. On the minute for 20 minutes:
Minute 1: 10 Hang Power Cleans 70/50kg
Minute 2: 20 GHD Sit-ups
Minute 3: 40 Double-unders
Minute 4: 10 Lateral Burpees over bar
