A. Every 3 mins x 10
12 Power Snatch 42.5/30kg
12 Bar Facing Burpees

*Record time for each round.

Sprint each round. Aim for 2:1 work/rest.

If you are unable to meet 2:1 reduce reps to 10/10.

B. 8mins to establish a:
3Rep Max Overhead Squat (from floor)
Int – 5 x 3 OHS from rack
