30sec Reverse Grip Hang
10 Thoracic Rotations
6 Flip Dogs

Prep A:
3 sets of:
5 KB Strict Press + 20m Front Rack Carry

Prep B:
3 sets of:
10 DB Front Raises
10 DB Lateral Raises
10 DB Rear Raises

A. Jerk Support
5 x 2
Add load each set.

B. Behind The Neck Jerks from Split
5 x 3
Same load across sets.

C. Dip Drive + Split Jerk
5 x 2
