A. 15mins working through:
6 Roll to Candle Stick (rep 6 transition into pistol)
8 Alt Pistol Squats
10m Handstand Walk

Adv should aim to do this as a single complex.

B. 3 x 3min AMRAP of:
5 Power Cleans 40/30kg
4 Shoulder to Overhead
3 Thrusters

1min rest between AMRAP’s.


6 rounds of;
10 Roll To Candle Stick
10 Prawn Squats (10 E/S)
20s Plank – Right
20s Plank – Left
