Add load each set.
Between sets 15-25s L-Sit hang. (Go for as long as possible up to 25s. No reset)
B. 8min AMRAP of:
8 Double DB Dead’s 20/15kg
6 Double DB Hang Cleans
4 Double DB Thrusters
Rest day or get in, move light, do some row or air bike intervals.
