CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 22/02/19

A. 6 Rounds for time of:
12 Bar Facing Burpees
6 Front Squat at 60% of 1RM
2 Rope Climbs, 15 ft.

B. For time;
1000m Run
Rest 2mins
500m Run

Today is Day 1 for the 2019 CrossFit Open.

Due to our renovations, this years CFStK Open will be slightly varied with the ongoing curing of our new concrete slab.

We will still be running the Open WOD’s but this year we will be running it on Saturdays only.
