A. EMOM 40 minutes of:
M1 – 1 Squat Snatch – AHAP/Same load across all lifts.
M2 – 4 Deficit HandStand Push Ups – Pick the deficit.

Int athletes should scale to:
1 Snatch Pull +
1 Power Snatch

PM:
M1 – 8 Kettlebell swings – mod to heavy weight
M2 – 3 – 5 Bench press
