15 Power Cleans 50/35kg
15m Front Rack Lunge 50/35kg
15 Push Press 50/35kg
3 Rope Climbs, 15 ft.

24min TimeCap

Replace barbell with DB
10m bear crawl (instead of rope climbs)
focus of IAP and maintaining neutral hips while moving.

B. Clean and Jerk
10mins to find a max.

PM: 5 x 3 Jerk from rack
Add load on set 3 and 5
