A.1 Single Arm DB Press
Add load each set.

B. 2 Rounds for time of;
10 Bar Muscle-Ups*
20 Barbell Facing Burpees
30 Deadlifts 102.5/70kg
40 Wallballs 9/7kg

*14 Chest 2 Bar/Pull Ups

PM: B. 3 RFT:
6 Ring Rows
12 Burpee Variation (Plank from box, jump into squat, stand, repeat)
18 Deadlifts
26 Wall Balls

C. Aerobic Extras (to be done any time this week)
125/100 Cal Row/Air Bike
