CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 20/01/2020

A. EMOM x 20
Ascending ladder – Snatch or Clean & Jerk (your choice)
Athletes must add weight after each successful lift – no less that 2.5kg increments. If an athlete misses/fails a lift, then complete EMOM at the las successful weight.

B. In teams of 2;
15:00 to accumulate as much weight as possible:
Snatch (alternating) 42.5/30 – 60/42.5 – 70/50kg
