CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 16/02/2020

Today is Day 5 of our 10days of Hero WOD’s as we lead up to our 10th Anniversary.

A. EMOM x 15
M1 – 2 Deadball Cleans (to shldr) + 4 Deadball Zercher Squats
M2 – 14 Single Arm DB Clean & Jerk (7L/7R – from floor)
M3 – 40s recovery pace Air Bike

B. “Bell”
3 Rounds for time:
21 Deadlifts 82.5/60kg
15 Pull Ups
9 Front Squats 82.5/60kg
