CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 16/09/19

A. Clean & Jerk Gauntlet
In teams of 3;
Every 90s 1 x C&J each.
Pick a start weight and add weight each round.
All members must lift the same weight each round and each member can have multiple attempts.
Once an athlete misses a lift they are out. Remaining athletes continue moving forward.
1min transition.

Score is combined weight of all 3 Lifts.

Adv – 75/55 – 82.5/62 – 87.5/65 – 90/67.5 – 92.5/70 – 95-100/72kg
Int – 60/45 – 65/50 – 70/52.5 – 75/55 – 80/60 – 82.5/62.5kg
Beg – 5 C&J Ev 90s x 6

B. In teams of 3;
3 x 500m
Each team mate will complete an individual 500m sprint.
Screen must be re-set between efforts.
Your score is total time for all 3 rows.
