A. Strength
Tempo Back Squat
5 x 3 @ 55X1
Between sets perform 6-8 Toaster Rings!

B. 2 rounds for time:
200m Run
20 Single KB Box Step Ups* 32/24kg – 24/20”
200m Run
20 Box Jump 24/20”

*KB can be held in any position.

PM’s:
A – Box Squat 5 x 3/Between sets rest.
B – 10 Cal Air Bike/Box Step Ups
