A. EMOM x 9
Snatch High Pull
High Hang Power Snatch
Overhead Squat
Hang Squat Snatch
Squat Snatch

Add load at sets 3 & 6
Hands cannot leave bar for each set of 5 movements.

B. 10min EMOM
M1 – 5 Deadlifts @ 70%
M2 – 8 Bench Press @ 70%

C. 12m AMRAP of:
5 Ring Dips
10 Pull ups
15 Box jumps 24/20”
