A. Front Squat
6 x 3 – Same load across all sets.
Between sets practice L-Sit Hold on KB’s or Box.

B. For time:
15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Overhead Squats 42.5/30kg
15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Overhead Squats – Add load
15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Overhead Squats – Add load
15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Overhead Squats – Add load
