Today is day 4 of our 10days of HERO Workouts as we lead up to our 10th anniversary on Feb 23rd.

A. 5 Rounds For Time
3 Rope Climbs (15 ft)
10 Toes-to-Bars
21 Overhead Walking Lunges (20/10kg plate)
400m Run
