A. 7min AMRAP of;
Max Tyre Flips

B. 7min AMRAP of:
A – 8 Hang Power Snatch 35/25kg
B – Hang Snatch DL Hold
A Snatch then B Snatch,
A – 8 Overhead Squats
B – Hang Snatch DL Hold
A Ohsqt then B Ohsqt.

C. 7min AMRAP of:
2 Synchro Thrusters 35/25kg
2 Synchro Burpee Over Barbell
4 Synchro Thrusters
4 Synchro Burpee Over Barbell
Continue in this order adding 2 reps each round.

Rest 4mins between workouts.
