4 Rounds for time:
800m Run*
49 Push Ups
49 Sit Ups
49 Air Squats

*Scale:
Pick a movement:
Speed Skaters – Star Jumps – Reverse Lunges and do 3minutes for reps in R1. Then repeat for all following rounds.

If you have a stationary bike Set yo in your lounge room you could also do 3min sprint on that..
