CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 15/02/2020

Today is day 3 of our 10days of HERO Workouts as we lead up to our 10th anniversary on Feb 23rd.

A. ‘Holleyman’
30 Rounds for time;
5 Wall Balls
3 Handstand Push Ups
1 Power Clean 102.5/70kg

The “Holleyman” Hero WOD was first posted on the CrossFit Main Site as the workout of the day for Thursday, August 30, 2012.

Scale:
Int: 30 R – 5WB/1HSPU/1PCLN or 30R – 5 WB/3PU/1PCLN
Beg: 20 R – 5WB/3PU/1PCLN

Barbell load should be 85-95% 1RM PCLN.

A. Snatch Pull + Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat
5 x 3 – Add load each set.

B. Hang Squat Snatch
5 x 1 – Add load each set.

C. Hang Power Snatch
