A. For time:
150 Double Unders
4 Rounds of Cindy or 4 Rounds of Mary
125 Double Unders
3 Rounds of Cindy or 3 Rounds of Mary
100 Double Unders
2 Rounds of Cindy or 2 Rounds of Mary
75 Double Unders
1 Round of Cindy or 1 Round of Mary
50 Double Unders

Cindy is:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Mary is:
5 HandStand Push Ups
10 Pistol Squats
15 Pull Ups

Free Trial:
5 Rounds of:
100 Single Skips
3 Rounds of:
5 Ring Rows
10 Push Ups
12 Air Squats

lateral plate jump overs – if quantity is to much reduce reps to 50 or 75 per round.
Reduce rounds of Cindy to 3 between each set of plate jumps.
