40 Rope climbs, 15 ft.

*Divide the reps between the 2 people in any manner, however all
Push Jerks must be completed before beginning the rope climbs

2. Conditioning

M1 – 8 Hang Squat Snatch
M2 – 8 Box Jump 34”/26”

10 Hang Squat Snatches 35/25kg
30 Double Unders
