15 Deadball Squats
8 Tall Box Jumps 34/22”

5min transition between triplets.

A. Air Squats + Sled + DB Row/Clusters
Rest as needed between rounds.

B. 5 Rope Pulls + 15 KB Swings + BX Step Ups
Rest as needed between rounds.
