20 Single Arm DB Push Press 22.5/15kg (10L/10R)
20 Cal Row

15 KB Swings 24/16kg
20m Single Arm OH KB Lunge 24/16 (10ML/10MR)

Between DL: complete 10 FP1 (dead bug)
