A. Teams of 2:
30 Cal Air Bike (each)
400m Sandbag/Deadball Run (200m each/both athletes run together)
50 Deadlifts*
400m SB/DB run
30 Cals

*Loads – 110/80kg – 80/60kg – 60/45kg

B. Tabata
A – Barbell Rollouts
B – Hollow Rocks

Complete 8x20s BBRO, rest 60s, then 8x20s HR.
