CFSTK WOD 12/07/20 – LDV2.0

eL Lockos Birthday WOD.

First performed in July 2013, this workout has gone from 40 reps to 47. So I’m 7years older.
At 44 I fucked up the reps and thought I was 45 but since then it’s been back on track!

Originally it involved rounds of 40 T2B but I’ve realised that 120+ T2B isn’t much fun. So I’ve now capped these at 30.
So here’s what I will be doing..

For time:
47 Doubles
47 Front Squat @60kg
30 T2B
47 Doubles
47 Back Squat @60kg
30 T2B
47 Doubles
47 Deadlifts @60kg
30 T2B
+47 Burpee
