A. 8 RFT
20 KB Swings*
10 Alt Pistol Squats**

*If it feels light, go overhead. if it still feels light add 10reps.
**Box/Bench/Prawn Squat/Rev lunge

B. 10m AMRAP of:
20 Mountain Climbers*
20 Squat Jumps

*Must start and finish each rep with foot outside the wrist.

At Home Barbell

A. BTN Snatch Grip Push Press
5 x 3 – Add load and quickly work up to a moderate set of 3.

A.1 Pause Overhead Squat
5 x 2 – Same load across all sets. Pause for 2seconds in bottom.

B. Snatch
10 x 1
Add load each set and work up to a moderate single.
Goal is to avoid missed lifts.
