15 Kettlebell Swings 32/24kg
15 Burpees

*Person A does 15 swings and 15 burpees, then Person B does the 15 swings and 15 burpees.

B. Handstand Walk
Spend the remainder of the session working on your HSWALK.

Add load each set.
