20 Cal Ski Erg + 10 KB Goblet Squats
25 Cal Ski Erg + 5 KB Goblet Squats
25 Cal Ski Erg + 5 Russian Swings
20 Cal Ski Erg + 10 Russian Swings
15 Cal Ski Erg + 15 Russian Swings
