A. Ev 90s x 10
1 Hang Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat
Adv – Add load each set
Int – Add load where mechanics allow
Beg – 2 x HPSN – Same load

B. 4 Rounds For time;
12 DB Thruster 22.5/15
6 Power Snatch 60/40
Every 2mins 50 double unders (at min 2, 4, 6, 8 etc)

PM’s:
A.
2 x Overhead squat (from rack)
Same load across all sets

B. 4 Rounds
12 DB Thruster
6 DB Snatch
Every 2 minutes 30 ball taps
