Re-test day… sorta, kinda…

A. 2min – Max Double Unders/Single Unders

Rest 2min then;

B. DB DT V.2
5 Rounds for time;
12 SA DB Deadlifts 12L + 12R
9 SA DB Hang Squat Clean 9L+9R
6 SA DB Jerks 6L+6R

On ,3,2,1 – Go, start with 5 burpee and then complete 5 Burpee every 2mins thereafter.

Rest 2mins then;

C. 2min – Max Double Unders/Single Unders
