CFStK WOD 10/05/2020

Workout 1: Rounds for time.
Card 1 – Movement A
Card 2 – Reps for A
Card 3 – Movement B
Card 4 – Reps for B
Card 5 – Number of rounds to complete.

Select a card from stack 1 and a card from stack 2. You know have your first movement and reps.
Repeat for Rep 2.
Now select a card from stack 3 to tell you how many rounds to complete.

Rules:
Continue to redraw a card if the same movement comes up.
Do not exceed 4 x 100m.

Warm up, then 3,2,1,Go!

Workout 2: AMRAP
Card 1: Time
Card 2: Movement 1
Card 3: Movement 2
Card 4: Movement 3
Card 5: Reps to be performed for each movement.

Select a card from stack 3 to know how long your workout will be.
Select 3 cards from stack 1 for M1/2/3.
Select 1 card from stack 2 to determine how many reps to complete.

Rules:
Continue to redraw a card if the same movement comes up.
Do not exceed 4 x 100m.

Warm up, then 3,2,1,Go!

Workout 3: CHIPPER
Card 1 – Movement 1
Card 2 – Movement 2
Card 3 – Movement 3
Card 4 – Movement 4
Card 5 – Reps for M1
Card 6 – Reps for M2
Card 7 – Reps for M3
Card 8 – Reps for M4

Select 4 cards from stack 1 to find out your movements.
Select 4 cards from stack 2 to find out your reps for each movement.

Do not exceed 4 x 100m.
