6 Bar Muscle Up directly into: 45s Max Distance Handstand Walk*
*Athletes must start with both hands behind the cones. Each 5m section is complete only when both hands are beyond the cones.

Scale: 8 Jumping Bar Muscle Ups or 8 Jumping C2B/8 Ring Rows + 8 Push Ups
Into: 45s Handstand Hold,

Note; DO NOT scale to regular or Banded Pull Ups today. Just saying….

B. For time:
30-20-10 Cals Ski Erg/Row
20-16-12 Deadball Clean (Over Shoulder)
20m Deadball Carry after each round (DBall in bear hug)
