A. Timed Agility Sprints
100m Shuttle Sprint (4 x 25m) +
Zig Zag Agility course

B. 4 Rounds for time of:
100m Single Arm Farmers Carry 24/16kg
10 Push Jerk*
Add load each round.
Loads 60/42.5 – 70/45 – 80/50 – 90/55kg

C. For time:
40/30 Cal Row
40 DeadBall Cleans – AHAP
40/30 Cal Row

A. 6 x 5 Cal Ski Erg – As hard as possible.
rest 90 sec between sets.
B. Jerk from Racks.
C. Air Bike + KB Swings
