A. 14min AMRAP of:
54 Double Unders*
18 Wall Balls
9 Hang Power Cleans
5min transition between heats.
In advance of The Open starting, each of today sessions will be split into 2 Heats and all members will get an opportunity to judge a fellow athlete, count their reps, advise any no-reps/request what is required for rep to be complete and review/confirm scores at the end of the workout.
*If you are registered RX for the Open you MUST complete 54 DBLS before moving forward. No scaling.

Burpee to 6” target
