In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
93 Alternating Pistol Squats
93 Shoulder to Overhead 42.5/30kg
93 Air Squats
93 Thrusters 42.5/30kg

When we first did this workout, Queenie turned 90 so we had 90reps. Now she is 3years older so therefore we have 93 reps..
And the rest is history.
