A. Deadlift
5 x 7
Same load across sets.
Between sets 45s Handstand Hold

B. 15min AMRAP;
200m Run
10 Wall Balls 9/7kg

* Add 5 reps of Wall Balls every round

PM’s;
A. DL – as prescribed, HSH – rest between sets.
B. Sub Run with Air Bike for similar time.
